Tom Yum Seafood Spaghetti

Prepare and cook time: approximately 20 minutes


200 grams Cooked spaghetti
2 tbsp Tom Yum Paste (Maepranom Brand)
1/4 tsp Bird Chilli Powder (Maepranom Brand)
2 Mussels
3 Shrimps
1/2 cup Squid, cut into rings
2 tsp Garlic, chopped
3 tbsp Onions, diced
1/4 cup Zucchini, finely sliced 
1/2 cup Chicken stock
1 tsp Olive oil
1/8 tsp Salt
3 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Paprika
Parsley leaves, for topping


1. In boiling water, begin cooking the spaghetti. Mix together with a little bit of olive oil and set aside.

2. Heat up the olive oil on a medium heat in a large saute pan. Add the garlic and onion, slowly saute until lightly brown then add chicken stock, Maepranom Tom Yum Paste and Maepranom Bird Chilli Powder. Mix well until aromatic. Add the mussels, shrimps, squid, and zucchini, stir until cooked. Seasoning with fish sauce, sugar, salt, and paprika.

3. Put the cooked spaghetti into the saute pan and mix together. Turn off the heat. Top with parsley leaves and ready to serve.
